Every change, explained.

Instagram downloads fixed.

Instagram story downloads now save with sound. Fixed post and reel downloads that saved the wrong video or showed a "Retry video" message. All Instagram downloads — photos, videos, posts, reels and stories — now save the item you actually picked.

Fixes & controls.

Fixed "Keep unread" markers running on Threads without Pro. Threads markers now require an active licence with Threads seen protection and clear when access expires — Instagram, Facebook and Messenger unread markers remain free.

You can now drag the Ghost Pill with your mouse to move it away from Facebook chat buttons or other page controls. Its position is saved per site and restored when you return. A normal click still opens quick controls, dragging never opens them by accident, and the pill stays inside the window when it is resized.

Introduced the new official extension icon and updated the dashboard palette with cohesive light and dark themes, fixing theme switching and preference persistence.

The complete update.

Your original privacy controls stay free. Pro is an optional upgrade for additional platforms and tools — choose the features you want in the new dashboard.

• Licensing V2: purchase verification through the Stay Unseen API, signed expiring entitlements, refresh credentials, up to three active browser installations, and "Release this device".
• Improved local Pro checks across Chrome, Edge and Firefox, with existing activations preserved — no re-purchase needed.
• Inline runtime-health indicators beside dashboard features, with local reasons on hover, focus or click.
• A public status page that reads published manual compatibility records, separate from local runtime health.
• WhatsApp Mark Seen uses the selected conversation's native receipt action and reports its observed result.
• Threads follow status distinguishes explicit followers from unavailable data, with a rounded badge after the username.
• The Ghost Pill provides site-specific quick controls, keyboard navigation and a way to disable Screen Privacy while a page is blurred.

Store release.

The build that shipped to the browser stores before the 2.x dashboard work. Free privacy controls for Instagram, Facebook and Messenger.

Earlier 1.x build.

Part of the 1.x line that accumulated the platform tools later described in the 2.0.0 notes.
